Patrick White

Mortgage Loan Originator

Patrick White is a Mortgage Banker with Luminate Home Loans that excels at providing gold standard service to both clients and business partners. Patrick has the superior mortgage knowledge needed to help people fulfill their wants and needs, and he always works to keep the process hassle-free.

Having originally started out in B2B sales, Patrick began his mortgage journey when he was approached by a childhood friend (another Luminate team member) to look into it. Now, Patrick has not only excelled in the mortgage business, but he has flourished — he was even a 2020 Circle of Excellence member with only three years of experience under his belt! Today, Patrick finds himself energized by his work in mortgage. To him, there’s nothing better than that feeling of a client returning to him for more business because they were so impressed and entrusted him to take care of their needs.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Patrick spending time with his newborn son, as he learns and grows every day. When not performing dad duties, you may actually find Patrick competing in the Fistball World Championships on team USA! He's competed in three already and hopes to keep that record going. So, if you happen to find Patrick when he’s not with his family or training, you know he’s bringing you the best mortgage services possible.

Michelle Simmerman

Contract to Close Expert

Michelle is the PJ Mortgage Team contract to close expert. She left the retail industry to find something more challenging. Not only has she found that, but she has also realized how rewarding it is to help clients with one of the biggest transactions of their life. Michelle strives to make the documentation part of the mortgage process as painless as possible.

Michelle is married, has twin girls, two cats and a dog named Emma who can frequently be seen at the Luminate office. When not working, you can find her rooting for her girls in softball or gymnastics, enjoying family time, getting crafty or traveling. Michelle has also served as a co-leader and cookie mom for her daughters Girl Scout troop.

Jackie Koppen

Branch Processing Team Lead

Jackie Koppen is the Branch Processing Team Lead at Luminate Home Loans and for the Michael Creed Team. Jackie works hard to process customer documents so that clients are clear to close on their homes on time. Jackie also is proud to do her best in her position and is happy to have continued to learn and grow over the years.

Jackie first started off her career in 1997 as an administrative assistant before she became a loan officer. In 2015, she worked as a loan officer assistant for three years before moving to her current role as a processor. On weekends, you'll likely find her near the water—boating, kayaking, or laying in a pool. Jackie also loves spending time with her grandkids and camping with her family.

Jeff Dreyer

Office Manager

Jeff Dreyer is the Office Manager for the Brookfield Branch at Luminate Home Loans. While he aids any branch employee in any aspect of their job that can make the loan process easier, Jeff is also Michael’s right-hand man for all things related to the administration of the branch.

With over 15 employees, Jeff wears many hats, but you can often find him keeping track of many different metrics, preparing documentation, greeting clients and vendors upon entry, organizing client data, and overall ensuring great client experiences. Jeff has been in lending since he graduated college and got his start in his family’s business. When he isn’t hard at work, Jeff is spending time with his partner, Steve, his family, and his dogs.
